ABOUT
Kolton Procter is an independent publisher, editor, and creative producer based on Coast Salish territories (Vancouver, Canada). His work spans magazines, artist books, chapbooks, zines, and podcasts, bringing together writers, artists, and ideas through independent cultural projects.
He is the founder, editor, and publisher of Found You Magazine, an independent print publication championing unconventional work by emerging and established writers and artists, and falowair, a zine of personal ephemera. Across these projects, he is interested in the ways publishing can create space for new perspectives, foster creative exchange, and bring people into conversation.
Recent projects include a photographic artist book created in collaboration with painter Jack Kenna, alongside participation in Copy Machine Manifestos: Artists Who Make Zines at the Vancouver Art Gallery. His publishing practice has also been featured on The Stack by Monocle.
Alongside his own publishing projects, Kolton welcomes collaborations, commissions, and opportunities across publishing, editorial, and creative production, from developing publications and working with artists to bringing new cultural projects to life.
